just brought a 97 Grand Cherokee...my first jeep

I have a few questions about this car. I will post pics tomorrow morning. I am planning on installing HIDs and a small sound system and tints.

1. I noticed that jeep is really sluggish. Are all jeeps that sluggish? It feel like I have press on hard on pedal to really good.. with a light tad on my glant I'm doing 25mph easily


2. Besides changing the all the fluids and checking the 2 air filters, what else should I check/replace

3. My dash cluster lights go on and off? How can this be fixed ?

4. The headliner is really sagging, what's the cheapest way to fix this?

5. What is the value of a 97 GC with 165xxxx miles with a good body? In case I sell it

Maybe you can come up with a few more details, like model, engine, us or european model, number of owners?? That would help to answer question 1 and 5

3. If your dash cluster light go on and off that may indicate either a broken ignition switch or a tired batterie.
 
4. best way is to take the headline off completely and glue it back on again

5. you just bought it , so why would you sell it ?
price depends a lot on condition.
260 000 km are not peanuts.
i would pay max. 3500.-

First of all I guess you´re on the wrong community. You´ll get much more support on english speaking Jeep communities like jeepsunlimited.com or just put a ".com" at the end of jeepforum.de (this community here) instead of ".de".
Moreover prices always primarily depend on the location, respectively offer and demand. In case you are from the US you might get half of what you´d get in Germany.
